Still in Prague. In this 4th consecutive solo episode, I dive into the P Diddy controversy and share what I believe is going on right now. Although I’ve been a rap enthusiast most of my life, I’ve never been a fan of the Diddler. Nope. I liked Mase.

I also talk about spending money on experiences vs things. Why that’s so important. As someone who’s burned through quite a bit of cash traveling across the eurozone—I share tips on how you can avoid doing the same.

I also speak about how I plan to teach my kid about money & investing.

Here are the other topics covered in this episode:

  • Diddy will soon be singing again
  • High school nicknames from the 90s
  • Unexpectedly winning a trip to Puerto Vallarta
  • Challenge of coordinating friends to go on vacation
  • Two things that have made my travels better
  • Spending money on experiences over material things
  • Value of planning an experience in advance
  • Making memories with loved ones
  • Budget travel tips for domestic & international trips
  • Airbnb vs. hotel cost comparisons
  • Things to consider when hosting an Airbnb
  • Teaching children about money management & investing
  • Jim Rohn’s advice on charitable giving
  • Entrepreneurship lessons for kids
  • Differences in market returns from previous generations compared to the last 15 years
  • Mr. Money Mustache’s bike odometer idea
  • Evolving tipping culture in America
  • Tipping expectations & cultural differences in Europe
  • Personal tipping anecdotes in Paris & Germany
  • Buying Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses
  • Returning fashion trends
  • Shakespeare’s potential cannabis use
  • My daughter’s rhyming game & clown-related incident
