Then I cover the incredible survival story of the American airman shot down in Iran. After ejecting from his F-15, he hid in the mountains for over 24 hours, using his survival training to avoid capture until a massive US rescue operation brought him home. US Forces sent hundreds of troops, different decoys, and blew up their own aircraft to save him. That one story alone will likely boost enlistment. USA! USA! USA!
