I start this episode talking about the escalating conflict with Iran and the potential fallout. Wars often  ripple through geopolitics, markets, and everyday life. We’ll discuss all that. And how war is the sort of thing that forces you to reckon with how quickly the world can change.

Then I reflect on the passing of legendary football coach Lou Holtz. He died on March 4, 2026, at the age of 89. I talk about his leadership philosophy and some of the lessons from his book Wins, Losses, and Lessons—especially his emphasis on discipline, character, and perseverance both on and off the field.

As always, I start with the funniest memes & things I saw online last week. Also, hunting humans for sport, a new Netflix series we watched last week, potential investments as the war in Iran continues, and a brief look at Iran’s history.

Other topics discussed:

Arsenio Hall, Brain Reframes, SPLC

I start this episode exploring Scott Adams’ book Reframe Your Brain. I share highlights like transforming fear of embarrassment into a tool for learning, viewing problems as puzzles, and using positive reframes to handle mistakes and criticism. Adams also emphasizes stress management through environment, fitness, and focusing on what you can control. Then I talk

False Prophet, Evil Dictators, Eric Swalwell, Trump v Pope, Household Net Worth

I start this episode diving into The False Prophet documentary, a four-part Netflix series that exposes a self-proclaimed prophet. The show highlights how he was able to manipulate idiots who surrendered their wives and daughters to this creep. It’s hard to believe. But worth a watch if you’re into true crime and/or cult stories. Then
