In this 17th solo episode, I talk about a beautiful mindset. And it’s all mindset. A cheerful disposition and a grateful attitude, that can change everything, regardless of your circumstances. Everyone experiences pain, whether physical or emotional/psychological. Knowing this makes envy disappear. Jealousy goes poof!

I also talk about love and a connection to the divine.

Still reading or did I lose you? After sharing love bites, I dive into real estate and the reality of today’s housing market. Hint: If you don’t make at least $124K a year, good luck affording the median-priced home in America. We’re living through the most unaffordable housing market in history!

Also, living up to my online moniker, I get into world events, the reusable water bottle industry, and much more. Another solo episode of real talk, deep-ish dives, and stuff to think about.
